At Soul Deep, each item is handcrafted with care. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

Returns

Returns may be requested within in 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
• Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Full refund for damaged/incorrect products. Store credit for change-of-mind returns. No returns on custom-made orders.
